Jeremy Garrett is a New York City artist, illustrator, designer, and tattooer with professional tattoo experience dating back to 1992. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan.
His work is grounded in drawing, composition, and precise execution. Jeremy is especially experienced with custom tattooing and cover-ups, where thoughtful design can transform an existing piece into something new.
Gotham Tattoos reflects his belief that tattoos should be personal, carefully planned works of art—not mass-produced designs. Consultations and tattoo sessions are by appointment.
